Captain Gayford "Mudd" Snarfinkillinski is a retired U.S. Naval Captain from World War II. He was awarded various medals and honors for his duties serving his country. He is the local school bus driver, taxi driver, and driving instructor. "Cap'n SNarF" has many great stories about the war, from what he recalls, despite the metal plate in his head. Ask him anything and he has a story, just don't ask him where he got the nickname "Mudd" from. You can usually find the Captain at the local pub called "Scullies Tavern".
